Antifreeze or Coolant?

Coolant is antifreeze or vise versa.You bought a different type of coolant that's in your vehicle,that's all.Wouldn't mix them.Some are considered lifetime,some are for two years or so.some coolants are made for specific vehicles.If unsure and the coolant is old,would just have it flushed and add new.50/50 is recommended except for harsh climates-extreme heat or extreme cold.
