I will be making an educational video for RN's.I want to include questions from nursing books. Is this legal?

I want to use questions from published review and exam books to make the videos more interactive. I will use different books with probably only 10 -15 questions per book. What are the legal issues ,if any, for using part of a question or altering a question slightly. How can you give credit or reference ,such as a bibliography, from a published question in a video?
