What small pet should I get?

I would get a rat, but if you do make sure you get two, they get lonely, i love my rats, they are smart and they learn easily, and easy to train. Males are more mellow, and you only need one male, females are active and would need two. There is a lot of differences between the two.Lizards carry salmonella, so if you have them out, make sure to wash your hands after wards.
