My mom wants to visit her grandkids the thing is..?

IThat she refused to come to my wedding or accept I was pregnant. She made my life a living hell for 18 years. She always fights with my husband when she visits. She wants to see our babiy twins but I don't know. Does she still have the right to visit us?
