I cant tell if he likes me PLZ HELP!?

this boy (not gonna say names) but hes always asking to come over my house and always asks me to call him he wants to go everywhere with me my mom and my aunt... well he sometimes sits close and doesnt really care... idk but do u think he likes me........ i cant really figure it out .... but he also like to call me name like ****** or skank or w.e but its suppose to be for fun and sometimes i do it to him .. he calls me his ***** ECT and when ever someone says do u like her or w.e hes liek eww nooo never never never ect which oviously im gonna say that as well but ya plz tell me what u think no smart comments! dont waste ur time!
