I m 28 y old man married 1 y ago with no children untill now?

my sperm count is little only 13 mil/ml and i used to feel pain with ejaculation mainly on left testicle , my testis are always retracted. i also have burning micturation , lower abdominal pain , and bony aches allover my body, mainly at morning and resolving with ping time, can u ever help?
