Is it true that GWB is over in europe making deals for missiles or as they are otherwise known as WMD's?

It seems strange that the president would be over in Europe pushing weapons of m Destruction as possible deterrants. At first president Putin protested and even threatened some sort of reprisive actions until he suggested that the missiles be built on their property instead of the Czech property as originally proposed. The audicity of these leaders actions and acting which fooled a lot of people but not me has me appalled and outraged that such a thing could even be discussed in these days and times.........
