Am I getting a good deal picking the job 15T UH-60 Repairer(Black Hawk)?

I'm joining the army, I recently took the ASVAB and received a 96 for my AFQT and all my line scores are above 130, the lowest being a 131. My recruiter told me I can't get a security clearance because I have 10 collection accounts. I was told that even if I clear my debts I still can't get a clearance until reenlistment. Looking at the jobs available I reserved 15 Tango UH-60 Repairer. From everything I've heard it's an amazing job. The only thing is it's a 6 year commitment and no incentives. I was wanting the college loan repayment program but my recruiter said I'm not eligible because it's not included in the job. I have a high score and want to make sure I'm picking a good job if not the best. I need other opinions though to make sure I'm making a wise decision here.
