How did Obama become a World Famous Law Professor, without any Cultural Diversity and or sensitivity training?

The way he throws around Racial Slurs and bigotry (all Mexicans look alike all White people are Racists) he couldn't get a job teaching Kindergarten. Obama teaching Constitutional Law on a University level is out of the Question.
