I am curious if anyone is against animal euthanasia (under all cirstances)?

I recently met a women against it under ALL cirstances, even if the pet is terminally ill, etc. Also what do you all feel about kill vs no kill shelters and what is your alternative if you are against kill shelters and there are simply more animals than there are homes?
