You really need to step back and take it down a notch. "Aggressively badgering" and "forcing an interview" are not the way to go. Be calm, direct, and respectful. If you seem aggressive or pushy, you will never get hired. I don't know where you live, but in general demand for nurses is high and well paid. Perhaps you should consider relocating.
